A yard covered in Pink!
Thanks to the bees, my yard is once again covered in glorious PINK! Mason Bees and Honey Bees are excellent pollinators of fruit trees, and my cherry trees were laden with blossoms again this year. Thought I’d share some photos:

Temps went from the 50s to 90s this week in no. VA, and the bees were chewing out of their cocoons like crazy! Too much, too fast – but check out this newly-emerged male: harkening back, or bidding au revoir?
